Masterplan Concept
The vision for Medini Capital towers is to create an gateway towers for the upcoming future master planning with embedded its exiting city’s attraction. Medini Capital will act as a necessity of creating a new gateway open and boosting city’s international investor whilst connecting to the exiting city. The directional design of the building will itself become the city’s new guide; the building design derived from its visual corridor connects the surrounding city’s highlight residential spots. Medini Capital condo will offer a series of themed retail mall at the ground floor together with pedestrianized public spaces which will later become part of NC future masterplan.

Building concept:
This 3x 43-storey residential towers at the entrance plot of NC masterplan, we start our investigations into the nature of the tall building in Singapore and Malaysia, exploring the dynamic between the city and its skyline. Located on the corner of Nujasaya industrial zone and new NC city centre, it will rises the new building icon of the Jorhor area in Malaysia. Formally, it will be the most iconic gateway tower seen from the Singapore via high speed motorway. The building has its rationality, simplicity and clarity, the tower has a slender, minimalist geometric form, designed to complement these distinguished neighbours.

The floor plan is strategically breaks into 2 wings to allow the maximum numbers of units per floor without compromising the quality of residence. The aim is to reducing the numbers of units per lift core making it more efficient.
